Returns

We understand that you may want to return your product(s) for a number of reasons. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by GetReception Store for any reason, you may return if for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and must be received at our return address within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box next to our return address. The returned item must be received at the GetReception’s warehouse in Arizona within 10 business days from the RMA issue date in order for a return to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. All returned items must be new and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order to receive refund or exchange. Accessories that are not in original/re-saleable condition will not receive full refund.  Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase.  All defective merchandise will be replaced only within 30 days from the date of receipt. Return freight for exchanged/returned goods is the sole responsibility of the consumer. After 30 day period, all defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and NOT by GetReception.com.

All limited warranty services will be provided by the manufacturer of the item(s) and not by GetReception Store.

Please note: GetReception Store reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. The item must be in saleable condition when sending it back for a refund or exchange.
