Our phone support and sales is open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm PST. 

Ordering and Shipping

At GetReception Store, we guarantee fast order processing. Why? Because we know how frustrating it can be to find the product you've been looking for - and have to wait weeks for it to arrive. That’s why 95% of our orders are shipped out the same day from our multiple warehouses in United Stated (if placed before 3pm PST, Monday through Friday). 

Cut-off time for same day shipping:

Any orders placed before 3:00pm PST are normally processed and shipped out the same business day.  All orders placed after 3pm PST, will be processed and shipped out the next business day. If you would like to place an expedited order and it is after our cut-off time, then please call us by phone at (718)874-2054 to find out if your order can still be shipped out the same day. 

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders using UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and USPS. If you would like us to ship your order with a specific carrier listed here, please let us know by requesting a carrier of your choice at the time of placing your order.

Our warehouses are strategically located on both sides of the country to fulfill and deliver orders as fast as possible to your destination.

East Coast Warehouse is located in East Meadow, NY
West Coast Warehouse is located in Scottsdale, AZ

Returns

We understand that you may want to return your product(s) for a number of reasons. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by GetReception Store for any reason, you may return if for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and must be received at our return address within 30 days from the date of delivery. Sales Tax

Any orders shipped to the state of New York will have a sales tax added to their order totals. All orders shipped outside of New York will not be charged a sales tax.
